1.       Navigate to Activity Event records; My Daily Work à System Setup à HR Activities à Activity Events.

2.       To add a new record, click New, to change click Edit.

3.       To configure an Activity Event record, enter the following data:

o   Specify Activity Event Basic Data & Scheduling Duration.

o   Activity Event Resources: Book the required activity event resources retrieved from the relevant activity.
