1.       Navigate to Application Status records; My Daily Work à System Setup à Recruitment à Application Status.

2.       To add a new record, click New, to change click Edit.

3.       To configure an Application Status record, enter the required Name & Code for this application status; along with selecting the relevant system built-in status.
