BENEFIT REQUEST

1.       Navigate to the following path; My HR à Workflow à Workflow Requests à Benefit Request.

2.       Enter benefit request details, in terms of the following:

o   Select the required ‘Plan’.

o   Enter any details relevant to this plan; along with ‘My Form’ data, if any.

3.       Then ‘Submit’ record details to start its workflow cycle, or press ‘Enroll Plan’ link, to enter these details.
