“My HR” Pane Tab à “E-Recruitment” Icon

This icon enables a user to select the suitable candidate via system data base. Thus, the selection of required applicants is based on various criteria, as per the predefined job prerequisites regarding each vacancy. Accordingly, ‘Select Candidates’ link can be utilized; which displays automatically a short list of the candidates, in order to help the decision makers to select the most suitable candidates for the provided vacancies, as per the applicants’ recorded data & the organization’s criteria. Also this icon provides a link which is responsible for scheduling & recording the details of the applicants’ interviews; for example ‘Job Offer’. Moreover, this icon enables the Line Mangers & Middle Management to request new employees at any of the departments or even request a new position or job at the organization.
