INSURANCE RULES

1.       Navigate to Insurance Rule records; My Daily Work à System Setup à Payroll à Insurance Rules.

2.       To add a new record, click New, to change click Edit.

3.       To configure an Insurance Rule record, enter the following data:

o   Specify the required information relevant to this insurance rule Basic Data & the Maximum Fixed & Variable Values.

o   Specify the Insurance Percentages for (Employee Share) & (Company Share).

o   Insurance Rules History: Enter the historical Maximum Fixed & Variable Values; along with specifying the Start Date for this historical rule.
