This tab enables appointed users to utilize “OLAP”, providing the
opportunity to export any required data from system data base, which was not
already provided in built-in reports. Accordingly, apply any required
processing via excel & rearrange the required data, as per business needs,
along with creating pivot tables’ graphs with the required logic, to highlight
significant professional data for decision makers.
Also a user can press “Excel” icon, to export raw data on excel
in a tabulated form. Note that, this icon replaced HITS NAS.NET ‘MS Office
Integrations’ feature, which was previously provided at all system reports.
Concerning ‘MS Office Integrations’, it was responsible for exporting raw data
as per report design, displaying all report fields as per report query.
Moreover, this pane tab enables users to use “Word Mail Merge”
icon, for retrieving data from system database to a certain preset Word
Document Template; as per requirements & business needs. Hence, this icon
will require contact with HITS Help Desk Team.
