“My Daily Work” Pane Tab à “System Setup” Icon à “Other Codes” Tab
Assigned users can utilize this tab to configure details for various
setup items; relevant to four system modules; HR Secretarial Letters, “Document
Management”, “Asset Management” & Medical Management”. Note that, after
finalizing the relevant configurations, then each user will only be able to
access & manage certain
interface screens, as per rights granted by each ‘User Group’ to which each
user belongs.
The ‘HR Inbox/Outbox Type’ link; provided for HR Secretarial Letters
can be used in some Arab countries to manage saving & tracing all the
governmental letters & documents which are sent & received among
various organization departments; in an accurate manner. Also the documents
& attachments; relevant to system transactions can be saved.
“Document Management”
configuration is based on ‘Document Types’ & ‘Document’ setup details.
“Asset Management”
module manages the housing issues at some organizations, as per housing items
& rooms configuration details. Also the details of the consignments;
provided for some employees, can be recorded.
An employee’s medical data can be traced at “Medical Management”
module; which tackles various ‘Medical Items’; along with tracing Medical
Details & Total Amount per each one. Thus all the medical expenses for
employees & their relatives can be tracked, as per organization policy.
Also medical statistics can be provided for governmental or internal purposes.
