1.       Navigate to Training Plan Settings records; My Daily Work à System Setup à Training à Training Plan Settings.

2.       To add a new record, click New, to change click Edit.

3.       To configure a Training Plan Settings record, enter the following data:

o   Specify training plan settings per plan, so that it can be linked to the required budget(s) with specific budget dimensions. Enter record basic data; specify the calendar & the ‘Training Plan Settings’ duration dates.

o   Training Plan Budgets: Specify the budget(s) related to this plan; in terms of budget code, name, currency of budget entries & budget dimensions.
