1.       Navigate to Alert Subscriptions records; My Daily Work à System Setup à Self Service à Alert Subscriptions.

2.       To add a new record, click New, to change click Edit.

3.       To configure an Alert Subscription record, enter the following data:

o   Enter Alert Subscription basic information, in terms of Code & Subscription Name in both languages.

o   Select Subscription Type, whether it is a (Query Subscription) to dynamically retrieve a list of subscribers according to the subscription query, or is it (Direct Subscription) where a list of subscribers emails are inserted at the 'Direct – To', 'Direct – CC', and 'Direct – BCC'.

o   Copy Subscription: The system provides a user with the capability of taking an exact copy from these subscription details under a different code from this very subscription.
