My Daily Work à Mass Actions à HR Processing à Appraisal: Appraisal Batch Posting
1. This mass action can be utilized to delete or post an appraisal template upon a group of employees to asses them at their own periodical appraisal or at training appraisal evaluation. Also this mass action can be used to update competencies for a group of employees, as per the results of the selected appraisal template which has been already posted upon these employees.
2. Specify & apply required search criteria at the provided advanced filter; Selection link.
3. Press Employees link to check employees listed, as a result of the applied filtering criteria.
4. Click Batch link to specify batch details, in terms of the following:
o Specify appraisal template data & the relevant Workflow Document.
o Check ‘□ Post Appraisal to Employees with the Following Training’ option to post Appraisal Evaluation records for the employees who have attended certain training events.
o Specify the required Training Data, in case of posting/deleting Appraisal Evaluation records for the selected training event(s) attendees.
4. Click Post to post the required appraisal template to a batch of employees.
5. Click Delete to delete the specified appraisal template for the selected group of employees.
6. Utilize Update Competencies link to update competencies for the selected employees, as per the results of the selected appraisal template which has been already posted upon these employees.
Tips
§ The ‘Delete’ link will have no impact, in case any of the
assigned appraisers took an action regarding the selected appraisal
template(s).
§ Note that, competencies’ update is relevant to ‘Proficiency’.
Therefore, updating competencies is applied as per ‘Proficiency Levels’ configured
for a certain rating scale specified per competency.
§ The ‘Update Competencies’ link at this batch acts as ‘Update
Competencies’ link; provided per record at the “Appraisal” Module Grid.
