My Daily Work à Mass Actions à HR Processing à Career Path Analysis & Succession Planning

This mass action can be
utilized to display a diagram for a certain career
path; along with the capability of showing predefined data & job
prerequisites for each displayed job/position
at this diagram. Also this mass action is used to list
employees who are hired on each displayed job/position; showing an employee’s
current competencies & rank, as per his/her job prerequisites. Finally, an
assigned user can suggest the required training activity for each listed
employee, as per the displayed career path analysis.
2. Select required ‘Career Path’ to display a diagram for its relevant jobs/positions, as per system setup.
3. Click certain job/position to display its setup criteria, in terms of Competencies, Qualifications & Job Training Activities; along with listing the employees who are hired on this job/position at Suitable Candidates section.
4. Click employee to list his/her current
competencies & required training activities for adjusting his/her level for
requirements at this job.
5.
Then suggest
required training activity, to add a record at the middle partition at the
summary grid/Dashboard (Suggested
Training) at training daily operations.
Tip
§ An applicant ID is displayed at the Employees link
form in terms of his/her Profile ID appended to the assignment number of the
application.
