1.       Navigate to Career Paths records; My Daily Work à System Setup à Performance à Career Path.

2.       To add a new record, click New, to change click Edit.

3.       To configure a Career Path record, enter the following data:

o   Enter Career Path basic information & its Description.

o   Specify the employee Career path order to setup this career path as per one of these selections whether it is based on Job or Position as per the organization policy via the provided two radio buttons ◙ Job or ◙ Position.

o   Select the Color that denotes the employee currently defined career path.

o   Jobs/Positions: Specify and select jobs or positions, and the Order of each one of them at the path.
