“My Daily Work” Pane Tab à “System Setup” Icon à “Performance” Tab

Assigned users can utilize this tab to configure setup details for employees Appraisal, Objectives & Competencies, as per organization policy. Note that, after finalizing the relevant configurations, then each user will only be able to access & manage certain interface screens, as per rights granted by each ‘User Group’ to which each user belongs.
