1.       Navigate to Questions records; My Daily Work à System Setup à Performance à Questions.

2.       To add a new record, click New, to change click Edit.

3.       To configure a Question record, enter the following data:

o   Enter Questions basic information; in terms of Code & Text.

o   Specify the Question Type & its Difficulty Level.

o   To accept comments relevant to any question, put a checkmark on the ‘□ Accept Comments’, via provided check box.

o   Question Groups: Connect between each question to one or more ‘Questions Group’ to select questions for filtering purposes.

o   Question Options: Specify the list of options that will be provided for answering this question. Note that ‘Questions Options’ link is active only in case the question type was (◙ Multi Selection) or (◙ One Selection). Also to activate questions appraisal autoscoring, put a check mark on the ‘□ Correct’ answer, via provided check box.
