1.       Navigate to Core Competencies records; My Daily Work à System Setup à Performance à Core Competencies.

2.       To add a new record, click New, to change click Edit.

3.       To configure a Competencies record, enter the following data:

o   Select the required Core Competence & details relevant to its required Low & High Levels.

o   Specify the Weight percentage for each competency to determine its importance among the rest of other core competencies. A user also can refer to the competence worth; whether it is an Essential one or not. Moreover, a user may Copy any predefined set of competencies configured for any job, position, organization unit, competency type, or core competencies.
