1.       Navigate to Rating Scales records; My Daily Work à System Setup à Performance à Rating Scales.

2.       To add a new record, click New, to change click Edit.

3.       To configure a Rating Scale record, enter the required Code & Name for this rating scale.

o   Proficiency Level: Define competency proficiency levels details, in terms of equivalent Level Percent & Behavioral Indicator at this very rating scale.
