1. Navigate to Jobs records; My Daily Work à System Setup à Company Structure à Job.
2. To add a new record, click New, to change click Edit.

To configure a Job record,
enter the following data:
o Enter Job basic
information; its Weight, Description & Duties.
o Grade: Select valid grade for this job from
the predefined grading system.
o Competencies: Select relevant competencies required
for this job; along with the required range of levels. Also a user may copy any
predefined set of competencies configured for any job, position, organization
unit, competency type, or core competencies.
o Qualification: Specify required qualifications’
details for hiring at this job.
o Training Activity: Select training activities required as prerequisites for this job.
