1. Navigate to the following path; My HR à Time Management à Attendance Sheet.
2. Apply the required selections to load a specific group of employees to post vacation records.
3. Press ‘Load’ link, so that the system can retrieve the group of employees complying with the specified selections.
4. Select the required vacation type needed to be posted upon a certain employee/group of employees.
5. Start to post vacation records via simple clicks on the displayed calendar per employee.
6. Then press ‘Save’ link to keep these entries.
7. Press ‘Approve’ link for saved entries as per granted rights.
