1. Navigate to the following path; My HR à Time Management à Attendance Sheet.
2. Apply the required selections to load a specific group of employees; either to post vacation records or to assign shifts as per the user need.
3. Press ‘Load’ link, so that the system can retrieve the group of employees complying with the specified selections.
4. Select the required Shift/Vacation from the provided drop down list.
5. Start to assign shifts or to specify vacation types per employee via simple clicks on the displayed calendar.
6. Press ‘Save’ link, in order to keep the new entries, a user may also press ‘Submit’ link as per granted rights.
7. A user may press ‘Approve’ link, in order to verify
and approve these entries as per granted rights.
