EMPLOYER DATA

1.       Navigate to Employer Data records; My Daily Work à System Setup à System Data à Employer Data.

2.       To add a new record, click New, to change click Edit.

3.       To configure an Employer Data record, specify the following data:

o   Enter Employer/Insurance Office basic information; in terms of Insurance Office Name, Property owner, liable person responsible for the details recorded in ‘Form-2 for Insurance’ which is delivered to the Egyptian government annually; along with his/her job. In addition to the organization legal shape.

o   Enter Address details relevant to the Organization itself.

o   Specify details for this insurance office at the Insurance Data section.
