How to avail Dashboard
Asset Management ‘Dashboard’ comprises 3 main partitions demonstrating; dashboard graph, dashboard info & dashboard recap.
Dashboard Graph –
‘Housing Items’
This partition demonstrates a graph; which displays the usage duration for each housing item recorded for this employee, as per the period specified by the user.
o X-axis Relevance: signifies the required period, in terms of duration & its demonstration.
o Y-axis Relevance: indicates ‘Housing Items’; provided by the organization for this employee.
o Graph Bar Tooltip: refers to the provided Housing Item name, the quantity being used by this employee, the received & return date for this housing item, as per the specified period.
o Graph Bar Report: preview or print a report which displays the employee basic data & full transaction details for the required bar; along with ‘Rooms Blocking’ details for this employee within the specified period.
Dashboard Info – ‘Other
Room Members’
This partition lists some details for the employee’s Room Members; within the specified period.
Dashboard Recap – ‘Room
Info’
This partition
displays details for this employee’s current room.
Manipulating “Asset
Management” Records Grid

To Change a record,
press the relevant icon per record to edit the details saved at a
prior instance.

To Delete a record,
press the provided icon ,
then click ‘Ok’ at the verification form, in case of omitting an incorrect
record.

To check Details
report per record, use this icon to check relevant report per record.

To append any attachment
relevant to this record, utilize the Attach icon .
