NEW BENEFIT RECORD

1.       Navigate to Benefits action bar; My Daily Work àEmployee Files à Benefits à New.

2.       Select & specify the required information for benefit (plan-option) enrollment.

3.       Specify My Form entries, if any.

4.       Then press Enroll Plan.
