1. Navigate to Misconduct records; My Daily Work à System Setup à Personnel Codes à Misconducts.
2. To add a new record, click New, to change click Edit.
3. To configure a Misconduct record, enter the required Name & Code for this misconduct; along with specifying the proper disciplinary action, and its associated details in case it was a ‘Fine’.
Tips
§ First Deduction: The equivalent of a range of days configured
at the ‘Misconducts’ setup screen, or an amount specified per employee record.
§ Second Deduction: The equivalent amount for a specific
percentage calculated on a certain paycode at the ‘Misconduct Second’ setup
screen.
