“My Daily Work” Pane Tab à “System Setup” Icon à “Personnel Codes” Tab

This tab enables appointed users responsible for managing “Change of Status”, “Misconduct” and “Vacation” modules, to setup all relevant details; as per business needs. It is worth mentioning that each user will manage specific parts at the system; after configuring ‘System User Groups’ and granted rights relevant to each group, besides the tasks of each user, as per organization policy.

A user may configure details relevant to “Change of Status” setup link, in order to enable users to manage change of status details for various employees, besides tracking any changes that may take place at their data.

This tab also lists setup links relevant to “Misconduct” module; in terms of ‘Misconducts’ and their consequent penalties/reactions. Moreover, this tab also enables a user to setup details related to the second financial effect for the misconducts as per the organization policy.

Furthermore, appointed users can manage “Vacation” module setup links via this tab, through the provided ‘Vacation Package’ and the effect of the taken vacations on the employees’ payroll. In addition, an organization may choose to configure the required ‘Vacation Policy’ per package for each vacation type. On the other hand, a user can setup details related to ‘Vacation Due Adjustment’, as per the set policy.
