SELF SERVICE GROUPS

1.       Navigate to Self Service Groups records; My Daily Work à System Setup à Self Service à Self Service Groups.

2.       To add a new record, click New, to change click Edit.

3.       To configure a Self Service Group record, enter the following data:

o   Enter Self Service Group basic information.

o   Group Members: Select the members of this group who will be managed by the relevant assigned role persons.

o   Group Role’s Persons: Select role persons who will be assigned to manage the workflow of the relevant group members.

o   Select Profile: Select the relevant role persons from the provided advanced filter.
