SELF SERVICE ROLES

1.       Navigate to Self Service Roles records; My Daily Work à System Setup à Self Service à Self Service Roles.

2.       To add a new record, click New, to change click Edit.

3.       To configure a Self Service Role record, enter the following data:

o   Enter Self Service Role basic information & select User Group whose rights & accessibility will be inherited by this role.

o   Check ' Enter Time Sheets' to permit the selected role to enter data at the ‘Attendance Sheet

o   Check ' Approve Time Sheets' to permit the selected role to audit or approve entries at the ‘Attendance Sheet’

o   Check ' Submit Time Sheets' to permit the selected role to update and submit entries at the ‘Attendance Sheet’; in terms of vacation records.
