1. Navigate to the following path; My Daily Work à Employee Files à Profile à Traces.
2. To add a new record, click New, to change click Edit.
3. To configure a Trace record for this employee, specify the required Trace Text, Dates & whether it has done.

of not having “Email Alerting” Module, as it acts as a simplified reminder. To
follow this simplified reminder, a user may check a report on daily basis via
the following path;à

Employee Files à
283 Employee Traces in order to trace what is required to be
done for per employee.
