1. Navigate to Training Events records; My Daily Work à System Setup à Training à Training Events.
2. To add a new record, click New, to change click Edit.
3. To configure an Event record, enter the following data:
o Enter Event basic information & enrollment details.
o Specify Supplier details & Event Cost details.
o Admin Evaluation: Select evaluators who will assess this event via certain evaluation form.
o Session: Enter session details; in terms of dates & timings. Select tackled Subject & assigned Trainer. Book certain resources per session, if necessary.
o Book Resources: Book general resources for the event in general.
o Event Restriction: Specify training event restriction criteria, which will be activated via ‘□ Restrict Event’ check box.
o Event Attendees: Select attendees who will attend this event, & enter various details relevant to their scoring, enrollment & cost. Also a user may enter batch or individual details for attendees, in terms of Cost Items, Training Evaluation, Appraisal Evaluation & Update Competencies.
o Subjects: Check selected Subjects retrieved from the relevant activity.
